The table below explains the fields that are available in the Add Customer page:

 

Field Name

Description

Name

Name of the customer you wish to add

Customer Status

Identifies the customer as being either Active or Inactive, or set to Unknown

Referring Customer

The name of the customer that manages the customer being added

Email

The main contact email address for the customer

Fax

The main contact fax number for the customer

Main Phone

The main contact telephone number for the customer

Contact Name

The main contact name for the customer

Notes

Additional notes for the customer being added

Website URL

The main website URL address for the customer

Customer Type

The category type that the customer falls under, for example a customer who sells TMS2 products onto other customers would be classed as a Reseller.

Visible months

The number of months that customer is able to view unit history for - default is 3 months

Choose Applications

The applications that the customer is permitted to log in to and use. For example a customer who is setup as a Reseller may also have a re-brand of the TMS2 web solution set up, which would appear as an additional checkbox in the Applications section when adding a new customer.
