Airtime Credits

In order to use the mPoll facility in the application customers will need to have enough airtime credits added to their account. This also applies for the use of SMS alerts that can be sent as part of vehicles watches set up in the web application. Airtime credits simply act as funds to cover the costs of sending SMS messages through the TMS2 system and are typically charged to the customer via regular invoicing or they can purchase credits themselves by using the admin pages of the web application.

 

Each mPoll will deduct 40 airtime credits from the customer's account that the user belongs to. Whereas a standard SMS alert, e.g. in response to a vehicle watch, will deduct 10 airtime credits.

To access the airtime credits functions simply expand the 'Airtime Credits' menu by clicking the CollapsedButton button, this reveals the sub menu items within the Airtime Credits sub menu as shown in the image below:
