The 'Query Credits' sub menu will allow you to look at an historical view of airtime credit transactions on the system for a certain customer. When clicking on this sub menu link the following page is displayed:

Once you have selected the customer you are interested in a results pane will display below the drop down menu. Note that if no results are shown then it is likely the customer has never used airtime credits.
Customer Airtime Credit Balance History
The history pane above shows an individual record per airtime credit transaction on the system, the adjustment per transaction and an updated balance sorted in descending date order.
To change the customer being viewed, simply select a different customer from the drop down customer select field.
If at any point you want to navigate away from the page, for example go back to the home page, you can click on the 'Home' menu link.
