Customer Name
|
Name of the customer that the new user will belong to

Full Name
|
The full name of the user being added

Login Name
|
The login name for the user

Time Zone
|
The time zone for the country that the user is located in

Unit Display
|
Units to display speed and distance when the user is logged in (Kilometers or Miles)
|
Password
|
The password that the user will login with. If you want to create a random password use the which will generate a password and populate the Password text box for you.

Notes
|
Additional notes regarding the user. Any text here will be viewable by the user in the user admin pages

User can login?
|
Whether or not the user can login, default value of this field is 'Yes' - a checked box
|
Tracking list managed from depots
|
If checked means that the user can only see vehicles belonging to depots that are assigned to them (see Depots section later on in this document). If this box is checked, any changes made in the single tracking list page are likely to be lost.

Unit groups derived from depot names
|
If checked means that user groups under the user's login are derived from depots they are assigned to (see Depots section later on in this document). Any unit groups that the user manually creates under their own login are likely to be lost.

Expire?
|
If checked means that the user's login has expired, or will expire on the system
|
Expiry Date
|
The date of when the user's login will expire. This can be a date in the future, for example giving a user 7 days trial usage of the system.

Email
|
The primary email contact address for the user. This MUST be set if the user wishes to receive watch alerts via email from the system
|
Mobile Phone
|
The primary mobile contact for the user. Normally this needs to be set if the user wishes to receive SMS alerts via email from the system. However, when a watch is setup on the system, the user can assign different numbers for SMS's to be sent to instead.

Can login to extranet
|
If checked means that the user can login in to the Extranet using the same login name and password that they would use for logging into the application.
