To amend a device's details, click on the 'Amend Device' sub menu link under the Mobile Devices menu. You will then be navigated to a screen where you will need to begin by selecting the device you wish to amend:

After selecting the device you wish to amend from the drop down menu, the page will then redirect you to the device's record so that you can then edit the details.
Amending a device's details
To amend any of the details for the device selected simply edit any of the fields in the record and click on the 
button. If you are unsure of what to enter in any of these fields please see the Mobile Device Fields page in this help document.
You will notice that the warranty fields are non editable fields in the device amend page. To change these fields you will need to use the Amend Unit Warranty page of the extranet which is discussed later on in this topic.
If you have selected the wrong device record or wish to navigate to a different device record, simply select the correct device from the top drop down field. When selecting the correct device the page will automatically update and reload the correct information into the fields.
You can click on the 
at any time to go back to the home page. This will not save any changes you may have made in the device record.
